Overview
ReceiptAI is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not operate any server, do not require an account, and do not collect, transmit, or sell your data.
What data is stored, and where
Receipt photos, OCR text, and the amounts/dates/merchants you confirm are stored only in a local database inside the app's private storage on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it yourself (e.g. generating a PDF report, or creating a backup file).
Permissions we request
- Camera — to take a photo of a receipt.
- Photos/Storage — to let you pick an existing receipt photo, and to save PDF reports or backups you choose to export.
- Biometric/Device credential (optional) — only if you enable "App Lock" in Settings, to verify it is you before showing your receipts.
We do not request location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or any account/bank access.
Third-party services
OCR text recognition runs using the on-device ML Kit / Vision engine provided by the mobile OS — no image or text is uploaded to any server for recognition. This app does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDK.
Your control over your data
You can export a full backup (data + photos) at any time from Settings, and use it to restore your data on a new device. You can also permanently delete all data from Settings → Clear All Receipts. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the new version will be made available on this page and inside the app.

存储的数据及位置
小票照片、OCR 识别文本，以及你确认的金额/日期/商家等信息，仅保存在你设备上 App 私有存储空间内的本地数据库中。这些数据不会离开你的设备，除非你主动导出或分享（例如生成 PDF 报销单，或创建备份文件）。
我们请求的权限
- 相机 — 用于拍摄小票照片。
- 照片/存储 — 用于从相册选择已有的小票照片，以及保存你主动导出的 PDF 报销单或备份文件。
- 生物识别/设备密码（可选）— 仅当你在设置中开启"App 锁"时使用，用于验证身份后再展示你的小票数据。
我们不会请求位置、通讯录、短信、通话记录，或任何银行账户/邮箱访问权限。
第三方服务
OCR 文字识别使用操作系统提供的本机 ML Kit / Vision 引擎运行——不会将任何图片或文字上传到服务器进行识别。本 App 不集成任何第三方统计分析、广告或崩溃上报 SDK。
你对数据的控制权
你可以随时在设置中导出完整备份（数据 + 照片），并用它在新设备上恢复数据。你也可以在 设置 → 清空所有小票 中永久删除全部数据。卸载 App 会删除所有本地数据。
政策变更
如果本政策发生变更，上方的"最后更新"日期会相应更新，新版本会在本页面及 App 内同步发布。
